Information Architect / Manager
Uisce Éireann seeks an experienced Information Architect / Manager to lead the development and implementation of a governance framework within an Information Management Programme.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and monitor adherence to Uisce Éireann policies and processes relevant to information management and data governance.
2. Communicate policies and processes through training and guidance to ensure effective implementation.
3. Lead the Information Management (IM) elements of the M365 Project, working with business functions to create:
o A Business Function, Activity, and Task (FAT) Structure.
o An Information Asset Register (IAR) to manage and control information assets.
o The FAT into the M365 document library structure.
o Identify and apply metadata to M365, including retention labels, sensitivity labels, and keywords.
4. Advising on information management good practices within the system and providing updates and status reports to the programme team.
Experience:
1. Proven experience in information management and records management environments.
2. Delivering key information management elements of M365 deployment projects or other content management projects.
3. Implementing information management standards such as ISO 15489-1.
4. Demonstrated experience in information lifecycle management, business audits, requirements gathering, and policy creation.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Postgraduate degree in records management/information management or relevant qualification.
2. Extensive experience with M365.
3. Knowledge of MS Purview and MS Office products.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Excellent organisation and communication skills.
