Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a permanent, full-time Sales & Marketing Director in Co. Laois.

Salary up to €85,000 plus benefits.
One day working from home after settling-in period.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage existing accounts and prospect for new business.
* Generate sales from key markets, including corporate, association, and conference segments.
* Plan and organize weekly and monthly sales appointments to target potential clients.
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and lapsed clients.
* Stay informed about competitors, local events, and market trends to optimize pricing and service.
* Organize business-to-business promotions and represent the hotel at trade fairs and exhibitions.
* Collaborate with local organizations and the team to maximize sales opportunities.
* Complete relevant administrative tasks, including paperwork and updating client profiles.
* Communicate client agreements and details clearly to relevant departments.
* Oversee social media, PR campaigns, and website management while adhering to brand standards.
* Meet targets set by management and contribute to revenue growth.
* Ensure efficient operations while adhering to cost control measures.
* Maintain a proactive approach to sales and marketing with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
The Person
* Hospitality / Catering / Retail industry background required.
* Minimum 3+ years in a similar role required.
