Senior HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to take on a lead and senior level role within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering a broad range of HR duties, including employee engagement, recruitment, training and development, and driving HR change throughout the group.
About the Role
This is a key position within our leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Employee HR engagement
* Design and delivery of new HR processes and procedures
* Recruitment (both external hires and internal moves)
* Overseeing training and L&D programmes
* Benchmarking activities
* Taking ownership of HR budgets and projects
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A 3rd level degree qualification in HR, business studies or a related discipline
* 4-5+ years' experience in a HR Manager or senior HR level role
* Experience gained in a manufacturing, engineering or construction type environment would be advantageous but is not essential
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications and Excel
* Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal and project management skills
The Offer
The salary for this role will depend on the candidate's skills and experience, with a range of up to approximately €75k - €85k per annum. There is excellent scope for further growth and development within the company.
This role will be fully office-based.
