Job Title: Junior Office Administrator
Location: Dundalk, Co Louth
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
Our client based in Dundalk, Co Louth is currently looking for a Junior Office Administrator to provide support to the office manager and senior team members.
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the warehouse department with updating inventories, preparing goods to be dispatched, and receiving orders. Preparing delivery notes and updating the CRM system.
2. Preparing visual presentations/storyboards to send to clients, requiring good knowledge of PowerPoint.
3. Preparing invoices; good Excel skills and excellent attention to detail are necessary.
4. Dealing directly with clients through email and phone.
5. Ad hoc duties as required.
Skills/Experience Required:
1. 1 year of experience in office administration.
2. Previous experience with PowerPoint.
3. Strong computer skills.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Ability to work on own initiative and multitask.
