Job Responsibilities:

2. Empower employees daily through on-the-floor servant leadership and quarterly one-on-one check-ins.
3. Coach, mentor, and hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving results and driving continuous improvements.
4. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coach others in effective problem resolution.
5. Act with urgency, flexibility, and personal accountability to ensure your team delivers best-in-class produce-to-demand customer service while continuously improving inventory levels, simplifying Kanban processes, and enhancing daily planning systems.
6. Take a proactive, self-motivated approach to building loss elimination capabilities within yourself and your team, fostering a mindset focused on continuous cost improvement and simplification.
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
2. Third-level degree in an engineering discipline.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Expertise in moulding and brushmaking technology is a distinct advantage.
5. SAP system knowledge is desirable.
6. Strong problem-solving and technical skills, with the ability to think creatively and generate effective solutions.
7. Proven experience in leading teams.
