Job Title: Collections Advisor - Hybrid Working
We are seeking a skilled Customer Payment Advisor to join our team. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and enjoy solving problems, we want you to be part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers
* Contact customers who have outstanding debt on their account
* Assist customers in getting back on track with outstanding payments
* Set up payment plans for customers
* Set up Direct Debits
* Calculate outstanding debt amounts
* Taking payments from customers
* Explain debt to each customer and provide a breakdown of their account
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a similar environment and ideally within a customer collections role
* Able to work comfortably to targets
* Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with all callers
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work to stringent customer service SLA's and KPI's
* MS Excel skills
* Ability to use multiple systems at any one time
