Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Project Coordinator to join our team in Tralee, Co. Kerry on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, managing document control processes, handling TMS and ERP Systems, and liaising with onsite teams daily.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and organized documentation relating to projects.
* Ensure accurate health and safety documentation is up-to-date.
* Collaborate with various teams to gather and organize project-related information.
* Work closely with on-site supervisors to gather information for TMS and ERP Systems.
* Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments to employees.
* Answer and respond to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
* Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
* Take messages and relay important information to relevant parties.
* Coordinate and oversee the inventory and maintenance of office supplies.
* Assist upper management with specific tasks.
* Update and monitor social media and website content.
Qualifications:
* Equivalent work experience in an office setting.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent English Speaker is essential.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 and document management systems.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus.
