Base pay range Package - €65K, 30% Shift Allowance + €6.5K bonus To apply for this role you will need to be a qualified electrician / mechanical engineer and have worked in an industrial/commercial/manufacturing environment.
This is an onsite and hands-on role.
The Facility Engineer is primarily responsible for providing technical, preventative, and corrective maintenance according to the agreed SLAs to maximize site efficiency and optimization.
The Facility Engineer performs inspection, monitoring, maintenance, and repairs of buildings and equipment in accordance with the quality standards to maximize uptime and Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE), ensuring all environmental conditions are maintained regarding critical building systems.
Overall Responsibilities The engineer must work on attaining and maintaining an up-to-date working knowledge of all processes and procedures related to facilities including but not limited to cooling systems, access controls, fire suppression systems, etc.
Provides input into the creation of Operational procedures & processes such as Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), Maintenance Operating Procedures (MOPs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain a working understanding of Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) and escalation procedures to ensure effective First Line Facility support.
Ensures Operational Consistency and aligns with Company Group Standards as required.
