The Service Manager role is a key position in our client's water treatment and wet infrastructure equipment industry. The company has been established for over 40 years and has grown rapidly since entering the market, developing a strong technical base and portfolio of solutions.
The Role
* Management of day-to-day administration within the service department: service contracts, service reports, invoices, etc.
* Building customer relationships, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
* Training and managing staff, managing budgets, and being involved in contract tendering.
* Ensuring compliance with all health and safety legislation.
The Person
* Prior experience in MEP/wastewater is essential, with industrial water experience being ideal.
* Busy service management experience is beneficial.
* Experience managing a team of field service engineers is highly advantageous.
Location
The role will be based mostly on-site in Down, with some client site visits. Candidates living within a commutable distance to Down are encouraged to apply.
