Migrant Inclusion Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to contribute meaningfully to creating inclusive communities. This role serves as an essential link between community development initiatives and training services, facilitating access to support for diverse client groups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary liaison between community development initiatives and training services.
* Develop strategic responses to community needs and implement social inclusion actions.
* Coordinate and facilitate community programmes fostering connected, healthy, and socially-inclusive communities.
* Address isolation among new communities, ethnic minorities, and marginalized groups through civic participation and integration support.
* Participate in community outreach activities to encourage individuals from target groups to access supports.
* Provide capacity building and development support to representatives of target groups.
* Coordinate training sessions addressing diverse client needs and aligning with community development goals.
* Utilize and maintain client relationship management database to track training schedules and participant details.
* Collaborate with International Protection Applicants to link them into employment, education, and wellbeing supports.
* Work with internal teams to identify training gaps and develop innovative solutions.
* Ensure meticulous organization of training materials and venues.
* Generate comprehensive reports to evaluate training programme effectiveness.
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients and facilitate access to relevant supports.
* Support administrative duties related to the SICAP programme.
Project Management, Monitoring, and Reporting:
* Manage project financial planning, expenditure, and reporting.
* Maintain accurate records and complete regular reports for the SICAP performance monitoring system.
* Demonstrate strong ICT and administrative skills to support efficient project management.
