Paul Byron : Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator
Location: Roscommon Town
Contract: 30-37.5 hrs per week

Here at Paul Byron we're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and highly organised Accounts Payable & Payroll Administrator to join our finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in accounts and payroll, who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, including processing supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payment runs
2. Handling payroll processing accurately and on time
3. Maintaining and updating financial records across Sage and Xero
4. Using HRIS systems such as Alkimii for time, attendance, and payroll integration
5. Managing employee expenses and resolving any discrepancies
6. Assisting with month-end procedures and reporting
7. Collaborating closely with HR and finance teams
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience in accounts payable and payroll administration
2. Proficient in Sage and Xero accounting software
3. Experience using HRIS systems, ideally Alkimii
4. Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups etc.)
5. Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
7. Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
