Due to our continued expansion at Energywise Ireland Limited, we are currently in search of an Account Administrator (Accounts) to join our team in North Kerry.
Responsibilities:
* Issue sales order confirmations to customers for signing for Home Energy Assessment and One Stop Shop jobs
* Setup jobs on accounting system (Intact), as well as other administrative duties associated with job set up
* Issue invoices to customers
* Issue purchase orders to subcontractors in order to carry out works
* Issue the relevant paperwork to customers in order to assist them in applying for loans
* Apply for the relevant grant for the customer through the SEAI website
* Own the energy credits process
* Apply for grant payment from SEAI
* Obtain the relevant cost quotes, set up the relevant purchase orders and budget when setting up the job
* Notify Accounts Manager of any payments needed in advance in a timely manner
* Monthly reconciliation of petty cash
* Any other duties deemed necessary

* Ability to identify opportunities to develop business
* Good interpersonal skills
* Good IT skills, particularly MS Excel
