Job Title: Dutch Account Administrator
Location: Dublin (20 minutes from City Centre by train and with free parking on site)
Salary: €30,000-€33,000 OTE plus benefits (pension, healthcare, travel allowance/free parking, 25 days annual leave and more)
Working Model: Hybrid (after an initial period of 3-4 weeks in the office), 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
Hours of Work: Flexible start between 7am and 10am daily, Monday to Friday only
We are a well-known global financial company seeking to employ a Dutch-speaking Account Administrator to join our team in Dublin. Your role involves processing clients' claims for clients worldwide. The successful candidate must ensure a high level of client service while processing claims in a timely and efficient manner. We require a person who has experience in a similar role, with strong administration skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
* Review and process claims in accordance with policy benefits.
* Work towards promoting and facilitating the company by reaching targets.
* Manage and operate databases accurately and efficiently.
* Review and generate reports detailing departments' workflow and targets.
* Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and retention in line with company standards.
* Respond to customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
* Provide support with other departments, demonstrating strong teamwork.
* Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
* Full fluency in English and Dutch, both verbal and written.
* Previous experience in a customer-focused role (office environment).
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
