Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing commercial operations for the Biosupplies customers of the Biopharma product range.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage key accounts by forecasting, negotiating prices, and updating agreements with BioSupplies customers.
* Oversee internal customer management, including product allocation processes from reviewing and allocating stock to BioSupplies customers via SAP.
* Develop and review historical sales, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accurate forecasting.
* Prepare shipping reports detailing shipments of product to Bio Supplies customers using SAP derived reports.
* Evaluate new opportunities for BioPharma products from a commercial and strategic perspective.
* Collaborate with the Technical area to supply BioPharma products, ensuring technical and regulatory requirements are met.
* Participate in mid- and long-term strategy development with Marketing and R&D to drive business growth.
* Pursue additional collaborations and synergies with current and potential customers.
Person Specification:
* Excellent key account management skills.
* In-depth understanding of Grifols' internal departments and processes, including customer service, quality, and demand planning across all manufacturing sites.
* Familiarity with SAP software.
