Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the HR function, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Oversee recruitment, talent management, and succession planning.
* Enhance internal HR systems and ensure the smooth operation of the HR Information System.
* Guide employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
* Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
* Drive training, development, and Continuing Professional Development programmes.
* Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
Ideal Candidate
* 4+ years experience in a senior HR leadership role.
* 3rd-level qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
* CIPD accreditation is required.
* Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* A solutions-driven approach with a positive, proactive attitude.
* Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is highly desirable.
