Purpose of the Role:
The Group Director of HR Transformation will work closely with the Chief People Officer to lead and manage the HR function across BSHS, adhering to our People Strategy and HR Operating model. This role plays a key part in ensuring talent is successfully recruited, retained, and developed, while fostering enhanced employee engagement and relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Workforce planning and talent acquisition and management
• Performance management and employee relations and engagement
• Policy development and implementation, learning and OD, change management, legislative compliance, occupational health, and HR systems and processes
Candidate Criteria:
• Extensive HR Management experience
• Experience of implementing change management initiatives, including cultural change
• Strong knowledge and experience of employment law and employee relations in Ireland
• 3rd level qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent
