Job Title: Adjudication Division Executive Officer (EO)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Officer (EO) to provide administrative support within our Adjudication Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality and responsive administrative, logistical, and procedural support to the Chief Adjudication Officer and Adjudication Officers.
* Assist with retaining a panel of Adjudication Officers and develop procedures for their recruitment and management.
* Support the development of policies, internal systems, and guidelines for the Adjudication function.
* Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in carrying out additional tasks as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Administrative experience, preferably in a legal or regulatory environment.
* Strong organizational and logistical skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and responsibilities.
* Knowledge of competition law or regulatory frameworks is desirable but not essential.
