Purpose:
As the Manager of Global Labelling Operations, you will provide leadership for labelling project management, strategic and tactical label change planning, and forecasting. You will be responsible for leading packaging and artwork strategy, developing shared label strategies across the product lifecycle, and ensuring compliance and supply assurance for new product launches and safety updates.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Leadership: Lead strategic planning and forecasting for global label change projects.
2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure accuracy and completeness in the Brief phase within the Artwork Management System, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Project Management: Oversee Production, Design, and Asset workflows within the system, managing label change projects for launches, site transfers, and country-specific changes.
4. Performance Metrics: Develop and report performance metrics for label change execution, leading periodic formal reviews.
5. Packaging & Artwork Strategy: Take ownership of the Packaging and Artwork Strategy, leading shared label strategy development and maintenance throughout the product lifecycle.
6. Change Plan Ownership: Manage labeling operations change plans and act as the business process owner for specific labeling processes.
7. Early Development Labeling: Represent Global Label Management in early development labeling work and lead labeling launch activities.
Qualifications:
8. Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
9. Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Operations, Regulatory, or Quality environments.
10. Communication Skills: Proficiency in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
11. Cultural Competence: Experience working effectively across different cultures, functional areas, and complex matrix environments.
12. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated success in negotiating and problem-solving.
13. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
14. Leadership: Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with excellent leadership skills.
15. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain aspects of labeling and their compliance impacts.
16. Industry Standards: Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical, Device, and Device/Combo Products, particularly those affecting the Packaging and Labeling Quality System.
17. Project Management: Strong project management skills, including stakeholder management.
