My Client, a leading Irish FMCG Organisation based in North Dublin, is looking for a DEMAND PLANNER to join the business. This role will suit someone who wants to progress in their career and is comfortable with autonomy, has a voice, can work well with other colleagues, and be a ‘value-add’ to the business.
My Client has a genuine and collaborative culture - and it’s essential that everyone rows in together. Tomas, the Country Manager, leads by example. He is a real leader, very passionate about the business, but gives people real ownership for their roles and encourages employees, giving them his time. He said, “Denis, we have experienced phenomenal growth in the last 5 years - tripled in size and doubled in turnover! A real sell to the business is our customer base and that we abide by our sustainability ethos - we are the only company in our field with Gender GAP accreditation, and as you know we have invested heavily in our sustainability approach. For this role, I am looking for someone who will be a vital cog in the wheel, who has a real eye for detail, can look to cut costs, identify new opportunities, and can get buy-in internally with our Sales/Creative team and then externally with our suppliers.”
I cannot speak highly enough of the team - this is a gem of an opportunity as the successful candidate will play a vital role in business operations and strategy.
