We are hiring an experienced Food & Beverage Manager for our client in Co. Wexford. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and customer-focused leader to oversee the food & beverage operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurant, bar, and events
* Lead, train, and develop the F&B team to consistently deliver high-quality service
* Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management on menu planning and service standards
* Ensure all F&B services comply with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
* Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships to maximize profitability
* Drive guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback in a professional and efficient manner
* Implement new initiatives to improve service, increase revenue, and enhance the overall F&B offering
* Oversee staff rotas, payroll, and labor costs
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an F&B Manager or similar senior role in a hotel, resort, or busy hospitality venue
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Commercial awareness and strong financial acumen
* Experience with event coordination and banqueting is an advantage
* Hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
