Caseworker Role at Turas Nua in Wexford Town
We are seeking a full-time Caseworker to join our team at Turas Nua in Wexford Town. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients referred by the Department of Social Protection to help them gain sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a robust case management plan for each client to achieve full-time employment.
* Use industry-leading assessment technology to identify client goals, ambitions, and barriers to employment.
* Provide coaching and mentoring to clients, including job search support when they are ready.
* Identify and recommend training solutions to meet clients' learning needs.
* Maintain strong knowledge of the local labour market and collaborate with specialist services to support clients.
Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
* Minimum three years' experience in a customer-focused environment.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Excellent administrative and communication skills.
* Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and deliver presentations in a group setting.
