IT Service Desk Analyst, Level 1/2, Windows, Office 365
Our client is looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to provide essential Level 1 and Level 2 support within their Dublin office. This role involves managing and resolving user issues efficiently across a Windows-based environment while supporting various infrastructure and application tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Windows environments, including Office 365 and Active Directory management
* Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network connectivity issues, escalating complex cases as necessary
* Manage and resolve user requests through the ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation
* Assist with onboarding new employees by configuring accounts, hardware setup, and initial IT orientation
* Support infrastructure maintenance tasks, including hardware checks and software updates
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience in an IT support role, preferably within a Windows-based environment
* Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
* Experience with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified (fundamentals are desirable)
