We are currently working with a key player on the Cork property market on their search for a highly organized Administrator, ideally with property management experience.
The ideal candidate will have a varied and fast-paced day, covering multiple areas including:
* Oversee all aspects of block management, including service charges, AGMs, MUD replies, maintenance issues, and more.
* Provide excellent and prompt support to tenants, clients, and property owners.
* Demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities and participate in weekly meetings with colleagues, providing block-related updates and reports.
* Schedule and carry out block inspections, uploading reports.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for residential developments.
* Perform general administration duties, such as drafting letters.
* Assist with ad-hoc tasks and holiday cover when required.
Responsibilities include:
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
* A proven track record in coordinating/processing large volumes of information.
