We are seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team at our office in Omagh. The ideal candidate will oversee daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service and managing various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a high-quality reception service to clients.
* Manage telephone calls, responding promptly and accurately.
* Record and convey messages effectively.
* Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
* Assist with appointment setting and preparation of documents.
* Oversee compliance with quality assurance and General Data Protection Regulations.
* Support bookkeeping activities, including processing invoices and data uploads.
* Perform general office administration duties.
Requirements:
* 12 months experience in an office-based role.
* Proven ability to work with internal and external customers.
* 5 GCSEs grade A- C, including Maths and English.
* A highly professional and reliable attitude.
* Ability to handle sensitive information.
* Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
