We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Reservations Agent to join our team at Kilkea Castle.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Answer reservation calls in a timely and courteous manner.
* Respond to email enquiries.
* Record reservation information accurately.
* Inform other departments of VIP arrivals and special requirements.
* Record and process deposit information and payment for prepaid bookings.
* Use up-selling techniques and promote hotel facilities.
* Make bookings for F&B outlets during the reservation process.
* E nsure that booking details are accurate prior to guests arrival.
* Participate in all Health & Safety training schedules.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role in a 3 or 4 star hotel preferred but not essential.
* Fluent English and excellent communication and written skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly & outgoing personality.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to thrive under pressure.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends.
