Responsibilities
* Maintenance of the investor register, including update of investor static data.
* Ensure queries are acknowledged and responded to in a timely manner, including direct interaction with clients and/or investors.
* Administering a varied portfolio of clients.
* Liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis.
* Preparing payment instructions.
* Preparing Board packs.
* Drafting minutes and action points.
* Arranging signing of client documents.
General Requirements
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Project work as required.
The Ideal Background for This Role:
* At least 12 months experience in a Financial Services business (desirable).
* Knowledge of Real Estate and Private Equity funds and associated regulatory requirements (desirable).
* Comfortable working to tight deadlines.
* Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Team player, client-focused, and highly motivated to join a dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment.
* Enthusiastic, adaptable, and flexible with a positive can-do attitude.
Role Location/Hybrid Schedule
This role is based in our Dublin office. Although the nature of most roles within Gen II cannot be classed as totally flexible, there is scope in some cases for a form of Agile Working. The different ways in which Agile Working can be undertaken depend on the demands and needs of the business, the office space available, and the individual’s preferences and circumstances.
