Duties and Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth research to stay up-to-date on tax laws and legislative changes.
* Collaborate with clients to gather information and provide explanations of their options.
* Serve as a liaison between clients and the Office of the Revenue Commissioners.
* Analyse and complete tax forms with accuracy.
* Perform thorough audits on clients' tax records.
* Offer expert advice to clients on reducing their tax liability.
* Develop and deliver presentations and reports for clients.
* Oversee the growth and management of the tax department.
* Ensure effective tax compliance obligations are met.
* Lead tax advisory projects and produce high-quality tax reports.
* Support succession planning initiatives.
Qualifications and Professional Development:
* Hold a CTA qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA additional qualification preferred).
* Possess strong technical knowledge and a drive to continually develop tax expertise.
* Demonstrate exceptional business development and client management skills.
* Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Participate in ongoing structured internal and external tax technical training.
