Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to work in an adult disability service in Roscommon.
* Collaborate with the Service Coordinator/Area Manager to deliver services efficiently and effectively within agreed parameters.
Requirements:
* Minimum Level 8 degree in Social Care or Health Sector, e.g. Nursing qualification, current Live Register Certificate from NMBI, or Social Care qualification and current registration with CORU.
* Registration in Health and Social Care Management (QQI Level 6) is mandatory.
* At least 3 years of postgraduate experience in leadership and management is preferred.
* Proven operational experience in providing services for individuals with intellectual disabilities is essential.
* Proficiency in computer skills and online data management systems is required.
* A full clean driving license and access to own transport are necessary.
* Fluency in verbal and written English is essential.
* Knowledge and experience of working under the 2007 Health Act and HIQA regulations are highly desirable.
* Functional knowledge of New Directions Interim Standards is beneficial.
