Job Title: Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Sligo/Leitrim Community Healthcare.
About the Role
This is a 12-month specified purpose temporary (spc) vacancy in the Human Resource Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to the organization, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
* Provide expert advice on employment law and HR best practices
* Manage employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary matters
* Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing teams
* Analyze data to inform HR decisions and improve processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience in a senior HR role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
