About the role
We are seeking a Telesales Executive to join our team in Farranfore, Co. Kerry. It is required to work from the office five days a week.
Key responsibilities
1. Cold Calling; presenting the business in a professional capacity with both milk suppliers and non-milk suppliers whilst selling the features and benefits of our services.
2. Manage outbound sales and service calls in line with agreed service levels.
3. Increase our Customers' awareness across our full product offering while understanding the customers’ business to best match their needs.
4. Up-sell and cross-sell products from the extensive product portfolio.
5. Manage delivery size and frequency to ensure efficient use of warehouse and transport resources.
6. Maintain regular contact with new and existing customers to ensure that relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.
7. Liaise with other internal stakeholders to resolve any customer issues promptly.
8. Build effective relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
9. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.
10. Manage sales administration in compliance with GDPR and regulatory processes.
11. Support the sales team to increase product range and meet sales targets.
12. Completion of weekly KPI sheet.
Qualifications and skills
1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a busy customer-focused environment.
2. Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative to take ownership when required.
3. Competency in PC packages including the MS Office suite and Office 365.
4. A dedicated focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, combined with outstanding communication skills.
5. The ability to work using initiative and to complete tasks to a high degree of accuracy and quality.
6. A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a varied and challenging workload.
