In line with continued growth, one of the leading language service providers in Ireland, TRANSLIT, is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, organised marketing executive to join their team. The ideal candidate would have strong research and analytical skills, be able to write and edit engaging copy, be familiar with social media, email marketing, and CRM tools, and have a technical aptitude to adapt to new processes.
Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive
Reporting to: CEO
Location: Limerick/Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
* Support CEO, Sales Team, and the rest of the TRANSLIT team in completing agreed activities.
* Design and implement content strategy, including blog posts, newsletters, webinars, and events to drive sales.
* Prepare coherent marketing campaign and website performance reports, liaising with team and suppliers to improve performance.
* Contribute to the development of a marketing pipeline strategy and plan executable steps to achieve set objectives.
* Develop and maintain website and social media publishing schedule, liaising with the sales team budget and implement paid campaigns.
* Perform the function of the website administrator (WordPress), research and implement new ways to optimise organic traffic.
* Follow the changes in the industry affecting SEO to ensure consistent inbound traffic and engage with the web team and inbound sales team to ensure lead conversion.
* Plan production and manage delivery of social media assets, with the ability to create and use templates using tools like Canva.
* Consolidate and maintain brand assets, draft, and design marketing materials, liaise with team and suppliers to maintain consistency.
* Daily management of social media, lead nurture, and event engagements including community management and partner engagement management.
* Develop and mentor Junior staff, grow a qualified list of external specialist suppliers.
* Maintain a feedback loop between marketing and sales to improve lead generation and conversion.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Linguistics, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with a focus on B2B and channel partner marketing.
* Excellent written English skills, with the ability to tell engaging stories.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
* Good knowledge of cloud-based SMTP services, with a preference for SendGrid.
* Good knowledge of CRM systems and marketing channel integration.
* Prior experience managing social media accounts and paid media campaigns.
* Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
* Knowledge of the compliance and CPD processes for the life science and/or financial sector is a big plus.
* Knowledge of the events industry and experience delivering live and hybrid events are a big plus.
* Ability to use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a big plus.
