General/Production Operative
We are currently seeking driven and enthusiastic General/Production Operatives to join our fast-paced team at TM Blinds, the home of Luxaflex located in Newcastle, Co. Dublin.
Full-time role starting at €13.50 per hour increasing to €13.69 per hour after probation period. All overtime is paid x1.5 times hourly rate.
Standard hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am-5.00pm (40 hours)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working as part of a structured team, whilst also using your own initiative to complete jobs assigned to you with strong attention to detail.
2. An energetic can-do attitude is required.
3. Previous experience working within a production role is ideal but not necessary as training will be provided.
4. Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime when required, to cope with demand.
5. Reliability and punctuality are a must.
