Recruitment Coordinator
5 days per week in the office (Monday to Friday) - Cork
Our client, a renowned organisation, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. As the Operations Recruiting Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced and dynamic recruitment environment. You will play a pivotal role in managing recruitment activities, cultivating candidate relationships, and making a lasting first impression of our client. Responsibilities:
1. Schedule interviews and phone screens for candidates and hiring managers, occasionally arranging travel for visiting candidates
2. Maintain candidate records and job postings in the recruiting systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
3. Communicate promptly with candidates via phone and email, offering updates on their recruitment status
4. Track recruitment activities and provide regular candidate status reports
5. Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings, preparing materials as required
6. Identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and streamline scheduling processes
7. Assist in coordinating various other recruitment activities as needed
Required Skills:
1. Prior experience as a recruiting coordinator or similar role
2. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
3. Bachelor's degree
