HR Officer
We are seeking a proactive and career-focused HR Officer to join our client's dynamic team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive HR Generalist support across various functions including Operations, Sales, and Head Office functions.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Drive the HR strategy across the group, playing a key role in its implementation
* Manage and support investigation, disciplinary, and grievance casework
* Deliver corporate induction and HR training
* Provide end-to-end recruitment support
* Offer advice and guidance on all HR-related matters in line with employment legislation and best practices
Requirements:
* CIPD Qualified or working towards CIPD qualification
* At least 1 year of experience in an HR Officer/Generalist role
* Strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes
* Knowledge and experience in conducting disciplinary and grievance meetings
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with Sage and PAMS HR systems
