Description: Based out of our New Ross Office, the role requires a reliable, proactive and multi-skilled Maintenance Manager to manage the maintenance and repair needs of our company's residential properties.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to: Dealing with day-to-day general maintenance issues.
Handling owner and tenant queries Conducting property inspections and ensuring properties are kept to the correct standard. Implement, drive and improve on existing preventative maintenance procedures.
Ensure maintenance programmes are being carried out, and completion of maintenance records. Attend any training required by the company.
Generate reports for company management as may be required.
Maintain Health, Safety standards, rules and regulations Liaise with and assist any 3rd party contractors in carrying out their duties.
Requirements: 3 years' experience in a similar role Use of common computer programs such as outlook, word ,excel etc.
Must have strong customer focus and professional management style.
Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others.
Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
Strong multi-tasker.
Team Player.
Position : permanent, full time.
Salary : Commensurate with experience.
