Senior Front End Developer - My Home.ie: The role will involve working as part of the MyHome.ie Angular development team building new products & high-performance web and mobile applications on the MyHome.ie platform utilizing a number of technologies.
The role involves elements from the full lifecycle of web development; designing screens, wireframing and prototyping all the way through to developing and deploying new features and enhancing existing features. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the Front End Development team in the enhancement of the MyHome.ie website, IOS and Android apps to incorporate new feature sets and products. The skills required: Required : 6+ years in a front-end development role Experience using the latest versions of Angular Experience building cross-platform Progressive Web Apps Knowledge & demonstrable experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript Knowledge in common web application, workflows, and tools like Node & Webpack Experience with front-end JavaScript architecture Experience using testing frameworks such as Cypress/Jest/Mocha/Jasmine App development experience using Ionic/Capacitor highly desired Nice to Have: Design experience using photoshop, illustrator beneficial Experience with performance tuning of applications Experience working in an Agile development environment Experience with large scale, high traffic volume websites Experience with build and deployment management for large JS applications. Some experience with short release cycles, constant deployment, and updates
