Minimum qualifications, experience & skills:

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional service to AA Members and Insurance customers, supporting our contact centre.
* Working 8 hour shifts - Monday to Friday with availability to work 1 Saturday per month from 10AM – 3PM.
* Consistently delivering excellent customer service and meeting or exceeding KPIs and targets whilst working on the phone, email or webchat.
* Creating a positive company impression by being friendly, professional, and helpful on every contact.
* Adhering to the rules and regulations of the insurance industry, as set by our internal procedures and the Financial Regulator.
* Confidently addressing any objections or issues, escalating complex cases to a supervisor/ customer service manager/ quality & compliance team when needed.
* Assisting with other tasks, projects, and activities as assigned by your manager to constantly improve our processes.
