Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
* Deliver consistent standards of excellence in all areas of Food & Beverage
* Meet, greet, and serve guests to Harveys Point standard
* Ensure precise setup and attention to detail at all times
* Deal with guest requests in an effective and timely manner
* Upsell products and services of Harveys Point
* Cleanliness of all areas, outside and inside
About The Role
To be successful as a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will need:
* To be available during weekends
* Previous experience is desirable but not essential
* To be able to work weekdays and weekends
* To perform well in a fast-paced environment
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations
