Role: Administrator - Contract - Portadown Job Overview VANRATH are partnering with a returning client, who have a need for someone with excellent Administration, and Customer Service skills.
The successful candidate will coordinate with other members of staff to deliver an efficient service to the independent residents who live within the Scheme.
Salary: £24,500 Portadown Temporary - 3 months Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support to tenants in line with individual support plans Maintain regular contact with tenants and monitor wellbeing Liaise with external agencies such as GPs, social workers and relatives Use systems to record accurate information Carry out tenant sign-ups, inductions, and scheme orientation Support with the management of repairs and maintenance Supervise facilities staff, overseeing rotas Promote social inclusion and organise basic communal activities Essential Criteria Strong understanding of what excellent customer service looks like Confident in using computer systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organised and able to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Compassionate and empathetic, with a supportive approach Able to use initiative and respond to challenging situations Experience supervising staff or overseeing contractors Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional out-of-hours cover For further information on this job, or any other Business Support role in Northern Ireland, apply via the link or contact Ryan Sykes for a confidential chat today.
