We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
* Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes to delight our guests.
* Assist in crafting innovative menus using seasonal ingredients.
* Support and mentor junior kitchen team members.
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen while ensuring health and safety compliance.
* Work collaboratively to manage inventory and minimise waste.
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
* A culinary degree or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines.
* Ability to perform under pressure in a high-energy kitchen.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Passion for creating outstanding dishes and memorable guest experiences.
