About the Role
In this position, you will play a key role in building custom equipment systems designed to meet unique customer needs across various industries, including pharmaceutical, food and beverage, semiconductor, and chemical sectors.
Duties Involve
* Disassemble, clean, repair, and reassemble vacuum pumps and associated equipment
* Diagnose faults, assess wear, and damage, and carry out repairs to ensure equipment performs reliably
* Assemble custom-built vacuum systems to precise specifications using a variety of mechanical components
* Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications
* Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets high standards of performance and safety
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment
* Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions for customers
Skills Required
* Practical experience in mechanical maintenance and repair
* 3+ years experience working within a Mechanical Maintenance role
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* The ability to read technical drawings and follow assembly instructions
* A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and safety practices
* A proactive and collaborative mindset
* Excellent communication skills
