Electrical Quantity Surveyor Role
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor to join our team at {company}, a leading Global Engineering Contractor.
The successful candidate will work on a range of Data Centre projects and be part of our Electrical Quantity Surveyor team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage commercial and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle
* Interface with Client Commercial/Contract Team and Project Procurement, including Sub-contractors
* Conduct cost and risk analysis, managing commercial aspects of subcontractors
* Provide project costing, margin & cashflow reports
* Manage project change order procedures and agree costs with client
* Provide monthly valuations and certificates
* Agree final accounts
Requirements:
* Relevant third-level degree qualification in Quantity surveying or Building Services
* 10+ years experience in a similar role
* Electrical experience on large-scale projects
* Proven working knowledge of current contract law
* Proven track record in customer relationship development
Benefits:
* Salary circa €95 - €110 K (dependent on experience)
