As our project has successfully taken off, we have set our sights on reaching, and even surpassing, a monthly revenue of $2 million — this includes breaking into the Chinese market. Now, we’re on the hunt for a visionary who can scale the product and simultaneously foster growth across multiple areas, keeping in mind the needs of our players, marketing requirements, and the trends in the adventure genre.

ABOUT THE GAME
Responsibilities
* Manage the game as a business, establishing its primary objectives and outcomes.
* Scale the project.
* Shape the product’s vision and roadmap.
* Lead and develop the product team.
* Uphold product work standards: hypothesis formulation, analysis, and product insights.
Requirements
* Experience in a successful or growing game with a monthly revenue starting from $1,000,000.
* Well-versed in the mobile F2P casual gaming landscape, with knowledge of its key players.
* Proficient in deep competitor analysis; understands where to source essential data and how to interpret it.
* Comprehensive understanding of mobile game marketing, and how product changes can influence marketing efforts.
* Strong analytical skills; eager for numbers and does not believe that “analytics is only for analysts”.
* Proven experience in building a robust product team both in terms of personnel and processes.
* Fluent Russian, advanced English.
