Your role as Learning and Development Specialist
Working closely with the Group L&D team, you will design and implement learning initiatives that drive employee growth and align with business goals. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and delivering engaging training programs across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Collaborating with senior leadership to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
* Delivering training materials through a blend of e-learning and in-person sessions.
* Evaluating and analysing L&D initiatives to measure impact and ensure continuous improvement.
* Leveraging cutting-edge technology to create innovative and interactive learning experiences.
