Roles and Responsibilities Proactively escalate implementation or creative issues and communicate potential challenges to Campaign ManagerAddress creative issues including out of spec, disapproved creatives, tracking and reporting issues to Campaign Manager, Campaign ActivationWork closely with Campaign Activation Specialists and Campaign Managers to provide ad operations support and communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues, etc.Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures for client accountsBe a critical participant in testing new products and features with P&EProvide assistance on ad hoc projects and client emergencies as neededAssist Campaign Managers in analyzing campaign delivery and performance to create reportsHelp with troubleshooting issues with media plan placements through various third-party tagging implementations and internal reporting toolsSkills and Experience Required Expert in Programmatic advertising, Creative Management, Pixel Management, advertising standards namely VAST and VPAIDExpert on execution of the campaign using more than one platform such as: DoubleClick Bid Manager, AppNexus, Adelphic, Simpli.fi, The Trade Desk and any other DSPs, RTB media (DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges or in-house ad-network tools)Able to troubleshoot complicated discrepancies between DSP and adservers or DSPs and SSPs.Expert on Viewability, Optimization, Private marketplace deals and ad fraud measurement with Ad-verification and Audience verification vendors such as MOAT, DoubleVerify, Nielsen DAR and othersKnowledge of Salesforce, Jira and Operative.One and google work products (gmail, google drive, google sheets)Strong communication skills, able to lead conversations that involve Sr. counterpartsFlexible to work in 24x7 environment and in night shift.OPTIONAL: Valued programming knowledge: XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Python, R and otherSkills and Qualifications Qualifications/Certifications Required Graduate in Computer Science/Media Relations, B.Com / B.Sc /B.A.1-2 years experience in content and traffic positions within performance marketing and or advertising managing, optimizing and analyzing RTB online advertising campaigns in a DSPComputer literate with superior knowledge of Excel; vlookup, pivot tables and other such functions
