My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Project Order Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis.
This role will be hybrid working.
The Project Order Administrator will join the Customer Service Team and will manage project orders, focusing on the Visitor Management portfolio.
You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Project Management teams to support key Customer Service activities, provide backup within the global Customer Service team, contribute to global initiatives, and participate in projects aimed at optimizing and innovating Customer Service processes worldwide.
Job Responsibilities Review and validate customer orders, ensuring they align with quoted prices and correct master data (e.g., customer and product information).
Enter customer details, order information, and contracts into the ERP system, considering project structure and billing requirements.
Communicate with customers and Sales to address issues related to shipping, billing, or payment changes.
Keep orders updated and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating with Project Managers and using tools such as Google Sheets, MS Excel, MS Teams, and Salesforce.
Update and maintain CRM (Salesforce) records and manage inquiries through a shared mailbox.
Follow up with customers and Sales to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and support day-to-day operations.
Experience Required Strong business insight, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in diverse, multicultural settings.
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and a commitment to following defined processes; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
Excellent Business English communication skills for interacting with international customers and colleagues.
Demonstrated experience in data analysis, Excel spreadsheet management, and handling projects effectively.
Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, planning capabilities, and the ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels.
Familiarity with European business standards and cultural awareness for effective stakeholder management.
Prior experience in a project-focused environment is advantageous.
