We are delighted to announce Starcom, a part of Core, are hiring a Digital Client Manager!OverviewThis role assumes responsibility for managing the integration of digital aspects of the media planning activity and providing digital strategy planning insights for multiple client accounts within their client team. It requires management of processes, excellent attention to detail and time management skills to ensure best in class delivery on behalf of the media team for clients. This role supports the Digital Client Director in fostering strong relationships with clients. The role requires an ambitious, creative and innovative person who prides themselves on building strong and trustworthy client relationships. Digital Client Managers require strong collaboration and communication with the wider team, particularly Social, Search and Programmatic teams in Investment. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a drive to succeed and can multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.Responsibilities This role will have the responsibility of developing the digital media rationale for their clients which, in turn, must be aligned to the overall strategic direction of the client. This role will also be the key day to day client contact and will ensure that all media decisions are made using a robust process powered by the appropriate media planning tools. Central to this role is a clear understanding of digital media planning principles, an ability to articulate the strengths and weaknesses of each media channel and the role that each will play in delivering on the overall strategy. This role will also establish the KPIs for the media plan and will ensure that all important information is clearly shown on the plan for client approval. The Digital Client Manager will also manage the implementation and delivery of the digital media plan and will perform the required Quality Control to ensure that the plan produced matches the media rationale and the objectives set.
Your profile
EXPERIENCE • 2-5 years previous digital media experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in media planning and buying • Previous experience working with digital media tools • Knowledge of the broader digital disciplines • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint • Experience project managing large scale, complex media campaigns is essential • High level of business and financial acumen • Possess good presentation skills – assist in presenting to clients Person Specification • Be a confident communicator • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build strong relationships with clients • Display the ability to think creatively and innovatively • Very knowledgeable on all media – ideally an expert on at least one medium • Possess good presentation skills – assist in presenting insights to clients • Good listener - ability to understand client’s objectives • Excellent attention to detail • Understands the importance of upskilling • Can think on their feet to make the right decision quickly • Highly organised individual that can manage multiple client projects and the overall delivery of the work • Understands and appreciates the benefit of processes • Be responsive to requests • Know when to escalate and involve other people

Salary Range
€33,000 - €44,000 DOE
