HR Officer
Support a strong HR function by developing, managing, and implementing policies that align with the company's business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise management on employee relations, including disputes, grievances, absence, and retirement.
* Guide managers on employment terms, best practices, and HR policies.
* Assist in recruitment, including job descriptions, interviews, and selection strategies.
* Support workforce training and development.
* Ensure effective resourcing of vacancies.
* Contribute to HR projects that align with company objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
* Degree in business or relevant experience.
* Minimum 2 years in HR with strong employment law knowledge.
* IT proficient, particularly in MS Office and HR systems.
* Excellent interpersonal and confidentiality skills.
* CIPD Associate Membership (Desirable).
