Job Description:
We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to drive success as part of our Manufacturing and Distribution team. Oracle M&D's mission is to continually deliver high-quality products, services, and interactions on time to our customers. The Operations Analyst will have good warehouse and IT experience to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. Responsibilities include monitoring and processing daily hardware requests with accuracy and in a timely manner, processing returns, performing hardware receiving, inspection, put away, and cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
This role is onsite 5 days per week from our Eastpoint Business Park office location in Dublin.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Knowledge of and keen interest in desktop support/PC repair and hardware configuration.
* Knowledge of logistics and Hardware Distribution methodologies.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Good computer and technical skills; quick to learn new tools and processes.
* Experience in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
* Ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
What You Will Do:
* Monitor and process daily hardware requests with accuracy in a timely manner.
* Perform hardware receiving, inspection, put away, and cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.
* Organize inventory and handle daily operations inquiries and issues.
* Assist team with hardware device configurations for laptops, network equipment, tokens, etc.
* Review and update procedures to ensure accuracy to meet business requirements.
* Identify areas for process improvement and collaborate with associates to improve efficiency.
* Communicate operational status and provide insights on performance trends to management.
* Perform transactions, maintain accurate system data, and create operational reports using Oracle applications.
* Troubleshoot basic issues independently and report issues to management.
* Ship hardware to end users in compliance with Oracle Policies and Procedures.
Desired Experience:
* BA/BS degree or equivalent with 2 years’ experience.
* Knowledge of desktop support/PC repair and hardware configuration.
* Knowledge of logistics and hardware distribution methodologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
* Exhibits strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
* Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and drive company vehicles.
