What You'll Do: Investigate and resolve reported issues such as account support requests or potentially harmful content.Enforce community standards by monitoring reports of abuse.Use your market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions and enhance user experience.Analyse trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.What You Bring to the Role: Resilience and ability to thrive.Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong sense of empathy.Adaptability, critical decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.Effective time management and ability to prioritise tasks.Proven ability to meet performance targets (KPIs).Language Requirements: Fluent level (C1-C2) Hebrew in oral and written communication, with in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the Israeli Market.Professional Proficiency in English (B2 - C2).Why You'll Love It Here: Competitive package.Fixed shifts: Day 9-5.30 OR Eve.
